Payed for Premium, but no premium account- Checked bank and no other profiles.

Payed for Premium, but no premium account- Checked bank and no other profiles.

How can i sort this out. Money has been pulled from the bank, but still no premium.. and no way to contact any billing department for Spotify.
Checked my account, and the bills dated 10th of February and 10th of March has gone through and worked fine, but in the bank, there is also taken money 10th of April, but i still dont have premium.
I have no other Spotify account and also as u see above, its been taken money the 10th of every month, so its proof its for this account.
Also checked with that bank, that confirmed the money has been taken, and not just reserved.
What can i do to get what im actually are paying for?
What can i do to get support?
