PayPal redirects when buying premium

Hello

I’m having some issues trying to to purchase some more premium subscription via PayPal. I can log into PayPal and get to the confirmation payment page on PayPal fine however when I click the “agree and pay” button it redirects back to the payment selection page on Spotify and it does not go through.

I’ve tried several different browsers (iPad safari, chrome, incognito mode on chrome, IE) but it’s always the same issue. I used PayPal and subscribed for 3 months of Spotify premium a few months ago during the $0.99 deal but cancelled it due to not being able to afford the normal monthly payment at the time and PayPal worked fine then.

Any help is much appreciated and I hope to get this resolved ASAP!

Hey @Bwendal,

Each payment method can only be used once to claim such offer.

Hello and thanks for the reply

i understand what your saying but i is there anyway to purchase more premium using PayPal again? I don’t understand why you could only use one payment method once and then never again after you cancel it. To me it doesn’t make sense.

Hope we can work out a solution so I can become a premium member once again

It's still possible to purchase the regular Premium ($9.99/month) using that payment method, but no offers for users who haven't tried Premium before, sorry.

Ah ok thanks for the info, is there a way to purchase normal monthly premium while there’s is a deal ongoing? Whenever I try to purchase premium it takes me to pay for the  new 3 month deal.

Do you have any alternate payment methods? You could use one of them to claim the 0.99 offer.
