PaySafeCard behaviour

Good morning everybody,

I have one simple question. I'm going to create a new spotify account and I'd like to pay with paysafecard. Let's suppose that the paysafecard contains 10euros, I use the pin to complete the payment and then? What will happen? The credit will be decreased or not? Cause it's explicitly written that the first 30 days are free and if I'm not satifsfied I can delete the subscription....

Hey @ddqwe,

You are right, the credit will be removed from the used Paysafecard when purchasing Premium.

Please be aware that you won't receive the 30-day Premium trial when using Paysafecard as a payment method or any other non-recurring payment method. You only receive the trial when using a recurring payment method (e.g. PayPal, Credit Card).
