Paying by Paypal does not work

Solved!

Paying by Paypal does not work

It is a kind of user-unfriendly business, this Spotify. Not only am I not able to pay by Paypal (for Premium) since the payment gets in a loop and never finishes, it also took me over 20 minutes to register and find my way to this community. Then posting did not work for a reason. So now I am on my desktop. Great.

Complaint: paying is not possible by PayPal

On tablet as well as iPhone 6

The Netherlands

@Paula55555555.

Paying for Premium should work on all devices. This might've been something with your network, browsers, cached data, or device settings, but I'm glad it worked out for you.

If you need help with anything else, you can always start up a new thread and the community will be happy to help.

Have a nice day 🙂

Hey @Paula55555555, and welcome to the community!

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try using another browser or incognito mode? Also, can you send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown?

Let me know how this goes 🙂

Hi Billy-J, when I used my desktop I had no problems with PayPal at all. So that has worked and I have my Premium membership now. However, both on my tablet and iPhone I could not make the payment. I did not get an error message, I just kept seeing the same 'click here to approve' messages and when I clicked, I got another 'click here to approve' message. But the payment never succeeded.
