Paying for Premium but getting free account status

I have been paying for Premium for some time however I recently noticed that all of my Playlists had dissapeared and my account was now the free version. I am still being charged the monthly Premium charge. Not impressed !

Unfortunatly these problems can sometimes happen, the only solution would be to contact spotify here.
