Paying for Premium if I do not know my password and profile, cancel it

I have a problem with Spotify. I tried Spotify for free, but I do not have data for this account and I do not know how to get it. Can I please write your bank account, do you want to cancel Premium subscription in this account, please?

For security reasons, we're not able to cancel your subscription. However, you can go here and reset your password. As soon as you do it, you'll be able to cancel the subscription by following the steps at http://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/cancel/.
