My Question or Issue

i have been receiving texts every month saying “thank you for your payment”  however, when I’m on the app. I don’t get any premium features. I’ve been paying £9.99 a month for 4-5 months now so all that money has been waisted. I’m not happy with the help I have been getting as it’s getting me confused and stressed.. to be honest I don’t know what/who I’m even posting this message to. I need someone to help me out with what the issue is and give me an explanation as to why I have spent around £50 on a premium membership I can’t even access with minimal help to resolve the issue!
