My Question or Issue

 I'm trying to pay for premium subscription through paypal, but all i get is message "

We’re sorry. We weren’t able to complete your payment or set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later.
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
 
Countries are same, used different browsers and different devices, but result is still the same.

Can you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

I have only PayPal.

If you would like to pay via PayPal, it's important to have a payment card connected to your PayPal account. You can read here how to do this. You can connect either a debit or credit card.
