Hi,

 

Yesterday I received a message that my payment has been declined.  However it is my mobile provider who pays the bill, not myself (it is included as part of my monthly phone bill) south there shouldn't be this problem?

Hi David,

I would recommend checking with your mobile provider to see if they are still offering this as a part of your plan or juse to see what is going on as they manage the subscription.
