My Question or Issue

 My premium subscription has run up today and I've been trying to resubscribe; but no matter what I do it keeps telling me that payment has failed. I have been trying to pay with my debit card, which has worked in the past. I have tried using other browsers, devices and incognito mode all to no avail. I've had an awful day and all I want to do is listen to my music again. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
