Hello! First time poster here, sorry if this is already asked. I haven't seen an active topic about this yet.

So, I paid 387 PHP for 3 months, yet I ended up getting charged 129 PHP every month. Now I have my student discount for 65 PHP, and starting next month I will be charged in that amount of money. What should I do? Please help, thanks in advance!

Maybe you didn't sign up through the correct student discount website. Try the site linked in your country's FAQ. The discount will be applied on the next renewal date, which is in your subscription status.
