Payment Issue with Spotify Premium While Studying Abroad

I’m facing an issue with my Spotify Premium subscription and could use some advice. I’m studying abroad, and my account is linked to my home country, but I’m streaming from my current country of residence. Since I don’t have a local bank account, I’m using a payment method from my home country. Now Spotify has flagged this as a mismatch and plans to cancel my subscription.

I’ve already been charged for last month and contacted support, but they keep saying I need a local payment method, which isn’t an option for me. I’ve been using this account abroad for over a year with a Student Premium subscription, and they never flagged this issue before. Now they’re saying I can only use Premium abroad for 14 days, even though it’s been working fine until now.

I have now cancelled my subscription because there's no way for me to get a local card at the moment. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I've got exactly the same problem with Sotfiy and I'm interested in any of the available solution of this issue. Spotify support is a joke - so I can't rely on them.
