My Question or Issue

I am unable to update the payment method. I have a credit card and when I enter the info on it, the page says it has to be a valid number. I tried multiple times and also cancelled my premium subscription to try again.

You can always check out the optional and valid payment methods available for you here.

Bear in mind that in order to subscribe to Premium, you need to present a valid payment method that was issued in the same country where the account is set at.

Furthermore, if you encounter any issues, you can troubleshoot them following the relevant steps for you on this support page.
