Payment Issues South Africa

I'm having a huge problem with paying for my Premium account. As Spotify only offers one payment method for SA, credit card. I have tried three different cards on different devices. I've done this over the last few days.I have opened browsers in cognito. I've cancelled Premium and tried to resubscribe. I have phoned banks etc. Spotify only launched in South Africa in March..could this just be a bug on thier end? Anyone else in SA having this issue? Its really frustrating.

Sorry to hear about your issues. 

 

Just so we can be sure everything is coverd here, can you take a look at these steps

 

Also, could you try to sign up on a different device?
