Payment Issues

I have trouble paying my family plan with various credit cards. The banks tell me that the problem is directly with Spotify.

My plan has been canceled since the payment hasn´t been made. What can I do?

Hey @MariaVane, welcome to the community!

 

Let's make sure your cards meet the requirements on the picture attached to this post.

 

If you're sure they do, you'll need to cancel the current subscription and then resubscribe using your new card.

 

I also suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.

Thanks for your solution. It was a problem with spotify and not my credit card. 

Spotify solved it.
