Payment Issues

 

 On December 14, I received notification of the monthly charge pir spotify service. The charge is made and is reflected in my statement, clearly says spotify. But today I receive an email where they tell me they have not received the payment, where is that money that was deducted from my account? I have the support of the charge

Can you try going to your Receipts page, and send me a screenshot of the page? Please make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
