Payment Update

I want to start off by mentioning how infuriating it is that Spotify doesn't actually have customer service. I don't know why it's so infuriating to me, but it is.

I'm trying to update my payment method, and when I click update under the subscriptions page, it just refreshes the page and doesn't bring me to a new page. It's not working on any other browser. I don't know what to do.

Thanks for joining the thread!

Yesterday we had an issue preventing payments from going through but it should now be fixed. You can find more info about it here.
Could you try again and see if it works now?
You can also always choose a different payment option or you could try the same payment option, but via an Incognito window of your browser.
