My Question or Issue

Hi, on the 19th my Premium payment failed for unknown reason, same card i payed last month with. There's enough money on it. I keep getting "Something went wrong. Please try again, or go to our support." error on my laptop and "The payment failed. Please try again, or use a different payment method." on my phone. I just want to know if this is the problem with Spotify or my credit card company. Tried all the recommended solutions, none work.

Hey, thanks for reaching out to the community with your question,

I reccomend trying a different browser to update the payment information with the same card and see if that allows it to process.

You can also try using a different device/internet connection.

 

If that does not work I suggest reaching out to Spotify Support.

 

This is not an official way to get help from Spotify support.

 

I suggest you contact support so they can help you here. 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
