My Question or Issue
Hi, on the 19th my Premium payment failed for unknown reason, same card i payed last month with. There's enough money on it. I keep getting "Something went wrong. Please try again, or go to our support." error on my laptop and "The payment failed. Please try again, or use a different payment method." on my phone. I just want to know if this is the problem with Spotify or my credit card company. Tried all the recommended solutions, none work.
