[Subscription] 6 months free suscription to new user, not working

I just bought a brand new note 20 ultra, the promo says free subscription to new users for 6 months.

When I tap premium on Spotify, showed me 2 banners, one said Premium Samsung, 3 months and another, free trial 3 months.
Any banner said 6, I chat with support and they told me to tap Samsung Premium. But now the receipt says trial 90 days (3 months) not 6.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

 

In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to the support team of the Samsung vendor. They'll be able to give you some info on why it's falsely advertised on their website (as on one page it says 6 months, and on another, it says 3 months).

 

You can reach out to the Samsung support team through the Chat Now button on the right-hand side of the page.
