My Question or Issue
So on the ninth day of month i get a bill to pay for the premium but this month my mom changed her bank account card cause the old one expired, so I tryed changing payment details, but after doing that I get an error saying that the payment failed. I decided to wait for couple days, but nothing changed, now i cancelled subscription and tryed again and yet still can't get the premium, seems kinda off cause I am using it for almost a year and never have experienced something like this. I checked if there's any problem with internet bank, couldn't find anything. Would be great to hear any tips or solutions what should I do.

Cheers for the answer but unfortunately those articles didn't really answer my question, also tryed to pay it with my own debit card, still got "Payment failed. Try again or use a different method." Could be related somehow with where I am living or something? Maybe I should try creating a new account and getting premium over there?

Is your account's country setting set to Lithuania? Has your payment method been issued there as well?
