Gift Card Payment

Have had major issues with buying gift card 6 month subscription. Spotify says my bank provider is having a bad day and to try again later. Have tried to pay multiple days and even asked a friend to pay, no luck. Not really sure what to do.

Cant cancel subscription

I had made a new account on spotify after i didnt want my old one, but didnt write down my new password and cant get into my email anymore for it so when my subscription is over i cant cancel because i cant login... i just need a solution please.

Llevo tres meses pagando y no aparezco como Premium. Esto es un timo??

Estoy pagando a través de PayPal desde Junio! Y cuando entro no salgo como Premium. Y por más q hago lo que me dice la página no consigo que se solucione.
