Payment failed issue

Payment failed issue

Having a payment failed issue. Tried updating my payment and it still gave me the same messgae even when I tried a different credit card. 

Is there any customer support that isn't on twitter? The facebook messaging is completely useless for these things since it limits you to response and there's no phone number or email listed under "contact us" which is super frustrating. Not everyone is on Twitter or wants to be.vide the easier it will be for us to try and help.

Sorry to hear this. In this case, could you try this using another browser, or incognito mode  to see if that helps?

 

Also, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please do hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
