Payment failed

Payment failed

On my app it's states that my recent payment failed but according to my bank account 9.99 was taken out on 9/4/18??

Let's check if you have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You might have a second Spotify account that's causing this issue.

 

If you only have one Spotify account, the payment may show as pending on your bank statement, and should go back to your bank account soon.

 

You can contact your bank for more information about these pending transactions.
