My Question or Issue

 Hi, I have an issue regarding the payment method for the family subscribshon. I have been using the family sub. for a few months, up until last month, when my Visa expired. Three days ago I recived my new mastercard, and for some reason Spothify doesn't accept it. I've been trying everyday, in hope that my card is not active, but with no results. The card works fine in real life.

Could you try processing payment using another browser or incognito mode? Also, if there is an error message - please send me them.

Thanks for trying those steps.

Could you try using another payment method if available? Also, can you tell me if you are starting Premium or if you are paying for a current Premium subscription.
