I'm on Premium Duo and this keeps popping up. I'm using payment by mobile (Smart) and things were ok last month.

If you're still having trouble with the payment, we recommend updating your payment details from an incognito/private tab. You can also try using a different device or internet connection. 

@snsrmllw, if you pay via your mobile provider, we recommend checking out this Support page. For any other payment methods, we recommend checking out this article in order to make sure that everything's in order.
