Payment for Premium

I have got charged for my premium account even though I have cancelled the account . Please could you subtract the money from my account as it has been a mistake as I never wanted the premium account after 3 months

If you cancelled the subscription but you were charged for Premium, we suggest following this troubleshooting to make sure you don't have multiple accounts that could've caused this issue.

If you only have one account, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll take a closer look and see what they can suggest.
