I've recently changed to a new Spotify account as I wasn't able to access my old one cos it said there was an error but now I've been charged on my old account which I no longer have access to? How do I make the payments stop

if you cannot login due to the ccount being closed you can contact upport. if it is simply because it was crerated via facebook and the account is disabled, you can re enable it and cancel the service:
