Hi

 

My payment was declined a couple days ago, but yesterday I payed for premium, but it still says Im using free version.

Go receipt in my mail and money has gone out from my bank account.

What shall I do?

Could you please take a look at the following two links:

 

The first one is your subscription page, and I'm interested to know what it says about your subscription (Free or Premium): https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

 

The other link to check is your receipts panel. here: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/

 

Let me know what you find. I will be right here 🙂

I´m alos having a payment problem. I had been suscribed for more than one year without problems. About one month ago, I recieved a message saying that the payment couldn´t be applied with my credit card. I tried to do it mannually, several times, from different devices, in differente days and still I´m not being able to make the payment. The bank says my credit card is ok, with no issues. Please your help. Thanks

Hi, the receipts panel is empty. My subscription was cancelled because of this payement problem. So currently I´m on Spotify Free, and cannot subscribe because the credit card payment is being declined by Spotify.

Could you try and sign up again, but this time clear browsing history, cache and open an incognito browser to try it in?

 

Also if possible using a computer from a differnet internet connection/network may help.
