Payment method failed

So I tried to get student discount from the Philippines using a paymaya online virtual visa card but unfortunately my school was not approved by sheerID. But it shows in my paymaya account that it has been deducted 65 pesos and I haven't even been reimbursed yet even if my payment method failed. I'm 17, a Senior High School Student in the 11th Grade.

Since the student discount wasn't verified, this payment should be pending. This only means that the money was placed on hold when you entered the card details. The money should go back to your bank account in a few business days, but we suggest contacting the card issuer for more information about it.
