It is 3 days since I no longer accept any type of payment (paypal or credit card), I have performed all the instructions of your guides without success how can I solve? the credit is available and the credit card is active

Just to double-check, have you followed all the steps in this article about payment troubleshooting? 

I'd suggest you to try to make the payment using an Incognito Window in your web browser, or even a different device.

If that doesn't do the trick, I'd appreciate if you could send a screenshot of the exact error you're seeing and the payment method you're trying to use (make sure to hide any sensitive information)

 have already tried in all ways both with paypal and with a credit card.

I tried from PC in incognito

it seems that you do not accept the credit card but it is active and working (I checked)
