Payment problem

Hello, I'm trying to get the premium account but I can't finalize the payment using my credit card. I received a massage saying there was a problem with the credit card system but I already contacted the credit card and they said that no payment attempt was made. I already try with more than 1 credit card from different banks. could some one help me? thanks

Having the same problem. trying to get Family subscription and couldnt do it... I try 3 different credit cards and PAYPAL... same result... 3 days trying!
