Hello

 

I have Premium since 2016 and this month I've received your mail telling me that can't charge the quote.

I us paypal and it is ok with other aplications.

 

What can I do ?

In this case, can you confirm if your PayPal account meets the requirements here? If it does meet them, there's nothing to worry about. The system will try to take the payment again in the coming days.

On Friday, I confirmed the payment and today I have received the mail again telling me that I have 2 days to pay.......
