Payment troubles

Payment troubles

I am paying thru cash but everytime I press continue to see my payment details, it does not show it and nothing is sent to my email either. My subscription has ended and I'm trying to pay since 2 days ago.

 

It just says "Review and complete payment". Can someone help please.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
