Payment validated, subscription not extended

Payment validated, subscription not extended

My premium subscription is about to expire in a day. I paid for another month so it will be extended. My payment for 1 month of Premium was validated. But when I checked, my subscription wasn't extended for another month. I checked my bank account and money was taken out of it. I tried logging in and out, waited for almost 24 hours, still no extensions and it said it will still expire in a day.

Hey @jukz2go,

 

Did you get an email receipt from Spotify for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.
