My Question or Issue

My Spotify payment is usually taken out of my account on the 26th of each month (i have a seperate account for my Spotify payment); last month i got a message that the payment failed; so I looked and there rlly wasn’t money left in the account so via online banking i transferred it and the money was in the account immediately; now it’s the 4th if the next month and I still get messages that the payment failed even though there is money in the account ever since the 27th of last month wth just take the money out and let me have my Spotify... what’s wrong?

Hmmm.... that's interesting, it usually doesn't take that long for the payment to be accepted. What i would recommend is canceling your current subscription and reapply to get your Spotify Premium back.

Hey! i tried to change my payment setting and thought that that’s might fix things. But when I log in online it doesn’t even show me my premium feature and just says that I am currently using the free option... whyyyy? 

And if I cancel my premium feature once and then reapply wouldn’t that delete all my saved albumbs abd playlists? Cus I don’t any that it’s too much....

GGREAT I JUST KOGGED IN AND OUT AGAIN AND NOW EVERYTHING IS GONE TELLING ME THAT I USE A FREE ACCOUNT wth WHERE IS ALL MY STUFF ITS ALL GONE ALL OF IT I CANT BELIEVE THIS 

When you reapply for Spotify Premium your albums and songs that you have saved with your Premium account will be back once you have reapplied. The reason why you songs are gone is that you are currently using Spotify Free.
