I have been charged twice for the last three months. What can I do to get that stopped and get a refund for what I was over charged thanks

It's possible that you have an additional account which you were charged for. You can try logging in to your account page with all possible email addresses you might have used to sign up for Spotify and cancel the subscription to prevent further double charges. Keep in mind that accounts can also be created through Facebook, Google and Apple so be sure to check these as well.

 

If you're struggling with finding the other account, we'd recommend reaching out to Customer Support, who'll be able to locate the account with the help of some payment information and cancel the unnecessary subscription. They're also the ones who can provide an eventual reimbursement for the extra charges.
