My Question or Issue

hello I have a problem and it is that I had the premium plan for the 3-month subscription and I canceled my card and the subscription could not be completed and they sent me an email saying that my premium subscription was going to be canceled, but when my account no longer appears I try to log in and it says that it does not exist and when I go to register with the same email it says that it already exists, I have my account linked to Google, could you help me, thanks

Make sure that you're entering the correct email address. You can also try resetting your password here. This way you should receive a link allowing you to reset your password and access the account.
