I updated my card number and now I can't access Hulu anymore.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I’d suggest checking your account page to see if you had any failed payments recently or if your account briefly reverted to the free service before you resubscribed. You can also review your receipts there to confirm what happened. If your account was downgraded, it’s possible that the Hulu bundle was removed when the subscription restarted.

 

In this case, I recommend reaching out to the Support team here. They’ll have the tools to investigate further and assist you.

Yes, Maxim, that's exactly what happened! The card that Spotify had on file (for like 6 years) got cancelled by my bank for suspected fraud (it wasn't). Then when the payment to Spotify was declined, Spotify paused my account. They sent me a notice about the missed payment, but when I tapped Update Card, it only renewed the Premium subscription, not the Premium and Hulu that I had originally. 

 

Thank you for the link! I searched in vain for some way to chat or contact Support, but I kept getting directed to the Community, so I just posted here. I'll see what they can do.
