Playing podcasts in work training

I am interested in using my Spotify account to play podcasts as part of some learning and development sessions for my employees at work. We would just be listening together from my account, and having a discussion. I cannot find anything in the usage policy that would prohibit this, however I want to be sure that I’m not violating any policies or rights of the content creators. Any guidance on this is greatly appreciated!

Sorry for the late response. After looking into this, it's possible to conclude that it's not allowed as per Spotify's guidelines policy. For more information, I recommend that you check out the Terms and Conditions and the following support article:

As a workaround, you can take a look at Soundtrack Your Band, service made for streaming in a commercial environment.
