Premium ABO wurde gelöscht, obwohl die Zahlung abgebucht wurde.

Premium ABO wurde gelöscht, obwohl die Zahlung abgebucht wurde.

Am 19.12.2022 wurde ich informiert, dass mein Premium ABO gelöscht wurde. Am 20.12.2022 wurde die monatliche Zahlung abgebucht, von Spotify einen Tag zu spät.
Wie verhalte ich mich jetzt?

Welcome to the Community! Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the forum.

 

Sounds like your payment has failed and this is why your Premium has been cancelled. Usually the system will inform you a few days in advance via notification and email that your payment has failed or that you need to update your payment method.

 

Sometimes a payment appears to be taken out by your account, but then gets rejected by the bank, so it's a good idea to check your bank statement.

 

Can you let us know if your account is set to the free service currently and if you can see your last bill from 20.12.2022 in your Account Page receipts?
