Premium But Not?

Hi all! 

I recently remebered the student spotify and hulu promotion and wanted to start watching some shows. I go to the hulu page and login, it says I don't have an account and directs me to the spotify website. The website is trying to have my sign up for a premium account when I am already paying for one and my phone says my account is premium as well. Double checked to make sure the accounts are right and not sure what the issue is.
