Premium Discount with Quicksilver card

I saw that Capital One is offering a 50% statement credit when you use your Quicksilver card for your subscription. I was able to add my card but then I had an issue with my Capital One app when it wanted me verify my card with Spotify. So I tried adding my previous card which it let me do. But now it wont let me re-add my Quicksilver card at all. It tells me "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again."
