Student premium

I tried to sign up for the student discount premium but I'm still on free and my card has been charged twice. I now have no money in my account and I can't get it back because it's pending.

This is a very poor system, it specifically said that no money would be charged to my account until the verification had gone through but now I have 2 pending charges which is just as bad as having the money gone all together.
