Premium Duo, address didn't match issue

Premium Duo, address didn't match issue


Mum and I signed up for Premium Duo. We live at the same address. She is able to access the account and I get an error message saying that we don't reside at the same address.


We're in South Africa. She uses. Samsung and I have a Google pixel.

Thanks for posting in the Community.


This error message can come up, if the country set on the Family/Duo owner's account doesn't match the one on the account you want to invite to the Family/Duo plan.


Could you first make sure the country settings of both accounts are matching as described on this page
