iPhone 5 Plus and iPhone 7 Plus

My Question or Issue

I recently upgraded from Premium to Premium Duo, I'm almost going to be charged for this new plan, but if my daughter is listening to music on the app on her iPhone 5 Plus, and I want to do the same in my iPhone 7 Plus, the app asks me if I want to stop listening on the iPhone 5 to switch to the iPhone 7. Shouldn't it work separetely for the two of us?

Yes indeed, you should be able to listen with two seperate accounts to spotify. Did you setup two accounts? Not sure how spotify duo works but with family you can invite family members with duo I think you should also be able to invite somebody.
