Premium Duo when both users have an existing account?

I know that you can switch to Premium Duo if your'e the owner of an account, but my wife and I both have accounts. Is this still possible while keeping both accounts information?

I'll be happy to help out.

You won't lose any saved content on your account when you switch to the Premium Duo plan. You or your wife can switch to the Premium Duo plan, and then invite the other member (ex. You start the Premium Duo plan, and then invite your wife).

So my question was if we could BOTH keep our accounts. We are both currently Premium users and want to switch to Premium Duo and keep our current accounts.

Yes that's correct you keep your existing accounts, even if they're both on Premium.
