I’m trying to add my roommate to my plan but she keeps getting a “You can’t join this plan” error

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Can you send your roommate another invite following these steps? Once she gets the email invite, ask her to open the link using a different browser or private window and also, make sure that she is at the same physical location as you at the time of sign up.
