My Question or Issue

Hello, I recently changed my premium to Duo hoping I could add my partner to it, I'm Argentinian and he's from Chile and recently I traveled to see him, we live together but still the address we both put says it's wrong, must be because my account was made in Argentina and his in Chile? We can't change the country of our accounts, not even me

Any help?

You'll need to have the same country setting set within your accounts for it to work 🙂 Steps on how to update it can be found here.

I already tried those steps and still doesn't work, it won't even let me click on it

Thanks for getting back.

 

Since you're not on Spotify Free, you'll need to update your payment method to one that's issued in Chile (assuming you both live there):

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Account, click Update next to your payment method.
  3. Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region.

The changes will take effect from your next billing date. All this info is also available in the support article I linked in my previous reply.

Is it a gift card that you're having issues with redeeming on your account? It'd be great if you could give us a bit more details so we know what to suggest. 

 

Have you tried applying the code in another browser, incognito-window or even on another device?
