My Question or Issue

Hi,

I have just paid £9.99 to top up my audiobook hours.

There is absolutely no indication of how I can apply this top up, and it doesn't just apply automatically. It shows in my bills that I have purchased it but it still won't let me actually use it - I just get the same message that I've used my default 15 hours up.

What's the deal? Not impressed!

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Top-ups should apply automatically, so try logging out and signing back in to your account to resolve any cache-related issues. If you're using a VPN, make sure to disable it as well.

 

In case that doesn't do the trick, try performing a clean reinstall of the app.
