Premium Offer

I recived an email about paying for a full year's worth of Premium for 99$, saving 2 months worth of payment. 

I then clicked on this offer from my email and it said that i was "not eligible" for the offer. 

First of all, why am I "Not eligible"? 

Second, why would you send me this offer if you going to refuse it to me?

I was now able to pay the 99 € and my account shows that next payment occurs at the end of 2018. So this has been sorted out at least for me.

At last the Spotify have solved the problem - at least for me. I could subscribe to the yearly offer and the end date is accurate. Thanks.

Hello I just joined the Premium 99 € offer but my subscription was renewed on 7.12.2017 I would have expected the subscription to renew on 8.02.2019 instead renewed until 07.01.2019 so it seems to have paid twice a month of December.

Hi, I logged in on my iPad a couple of days ago and this offer for a one year premium subscription at 99 also flashed up. I was in a hurry at the time, but now when I try to find it to subscribe, I can’t! Can someone help please?!
